Bahan-bahan Simply Salad with Italian Dressing
- Siapkan 1 genggam kacang merah, rebus sampai benar2 matang dan empuk.
- Gunakan 1 genggam macaroni, rebus matang.
- Sediakan 1 buah wortel, potong korek api.
- Siapkan 1 buah tomat merah besar, bagi 8 bagian.
- Sediakan 5 lbr lettuce head, cabik2 kasar.
- Diperlukan 1 buah timun, iris menyerong tipis.
- Diperlukan 1 buah telor, rebus potong bagi 8 (saya ga pakai, lupa).
- Gunakan Bahan untuk dressing :.
- Siapkan 6 sendok olive oil, saya pakai yg extra light virgin.
- Siapkan 4 sdm perasan jeruk lemon, kebetulan saya ada lemon orange.
- Siapkan 2 sdm madu atau 1 sdm gula pasir.
- Siapkan 1/4 sdt garam.
- Diperlukan 1/4 butir bw bombay, cincang halus.
- Gunakan 2 sdm air matang, optional.

- Siapkan semua bahan salad, taruh di mangkok kaca. Kacang merah, biar lbh cepat empuknya ketika merebus, mmg sebaiknya lebih baik di rendam air semalaman, tp ini kan karena pas pingin bikin salad ya, jadi ya cepet2 aja bikinnya. Rendam pake air panas aja sekitar 1 jam, lalu rebus sampai benar2 empuk..
- Campurkan semua bahan untuk dressingnya di mangkok kecil, Italian Dressing ini sedikit asam koreksi rasa asam dan manisnya..
- Campur dressingnya ke mangkok sayur, aduk2 rata. Simpan dulu di kulkas agar dingin, bila suka pedas bisa tambahkan chilli sauce atau bubuk cabe.
- Saat akan disajikan, aduk lagi agar dressing tidak mengumpul di bawah mangkok. Foto dibawah ini, makaroninya msh ada di bawah, belum diaduk..
