Bahan Vegetable Curry
- Sediakan 100 gram kentang.
- Gunakan 100 gram wortel.
- Gunakan 100 gram kembang kol.
- Sediakan 100 gram paprika merah.
- Sediakan 100 gram bawang bombay.
- Dibutuhkan 100 gram tomat.
- Siapkan Rempah infus minyak:.
- Dibutuhkan 1/2 sdt jintan.
- Siapkan 1/2 sdt mustard seed (biji sawi hitam).
- Sediakan 5 lembar daun kari/salam koja.

- Dibutuhkan 2 sdt garam masala (lihat resep).
- Gunakan 2 siung bawang putih,haluskan.
- Siapkan 2 cm jahe,haluskan.
- Diperlukan 1 sdt kunyit bubuk.
- Siapkan Secukupnya gula.
- Diperlukan Secukupnya garam.
- Dibutuhkan 1/2 sdt lada hitam bubuk.
- Dibutuhkan 1-2 sdm yoghurt plain.
- Dibutuhkan Minyak untuk menumis.
- Siapkan 200 ml air.

Langkah-langkah memasak Vegetable Curry
- Potong-potong semua sayuran, tomat dan bawang bombay..
