- Siapkan wadah/loyang bulat ukrn sekitar diameter 20 cm. (^Saya^ : pyrex kecil).
- Campurkan remah marie dgn lelehan margarine hingga menyatu. Tata pada wadah/loyang, ditekan/rapihkan menggunakan sendok.
- Kocok whip cream bubuk + air es dgn mixer kec sedang hingga fluppy/kental dan agak kaku, masukan cream cheese, gula pasir (*saya sisakan campuran adonan ini sedikit untuk topping), labu dan semua bahan cheesecake lainnya.
- Tuang adonan tsb di atas lapisan marie/crumb. Tutup/wrapping...dinginkan 6-8 jam (sampai set), beri topping (opsional), siap dipotong dan sajikan.
